What time can I access the center?

Do I have Easy Parking?

Although there is no parking problem, if you prefer you can hire a parking space in the building itself.

What are the measurements of the offices?

We have offices of various sizes from 10 m2. All of them have furniture so that you can start working without further worries and that consists of: a table with a wing, main chair, two visitor chairs, chest of drawers, filing cabinet/s, individual air conditioning split, blinds and coat rack.

Do I have a key to my office?

Yes and individual access card for access control.

Can it be dual use?

Yes, we can adapt the office for double use with two work tables.

It is private?

At Best office you will find a quiet, safe and private space to work.

Can I bring my furniture?

If you prefer to bring your furniture, you can do it.

If I need more space can I expand?

Yes.

What documentation do I need to hire?

If you are private or self-employed, you have to bring your DNI, account number to domicile the payments and indicate the authorized persons. In the event that the contract is made by a company, we also need you to provide us with the CIF, articles of incorporation and empowerment.

How long before starting to use the office should I hire?

You can do it on the same day you start using the service, no reservation is necessary.

What is the form of payment?

It is billed in advance month by month. You won’t have to worry about monthly payments by setting up payment by bank draft.

How to process a cancellation?

Notifying in advance of 2 months.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

The minimum initial contracting period for an office is 12 months. The following renewals are for days.

When is the deposit returned?

The deposit is the equivalent of two monthly payments without VAT. Half is returned after the first year and the second is returned 20 days after the cancellation.

What does the rental of an office include?

The office includes electricity consumption, cleaning, a mailbox to receive correspondence, high-speed internet, individual air conditioning and heating and is fully furnished.
